7. Payments and Billing
Fees, billing dates and payment terms are defined in the accepted proposal or invoice. Late or failed payment may result in paused work, account access suspension or service termination. Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for accurate business information, account access, website access when required, approved budgets, platform compliance, timely feedback, legal claims in advertising, offer fulfillment and follow-up with leads.
9. Advertising Platforms
Google, Meta and other platforms control their own approval rules, account policies, auctions, delivery systems and review decisions. LeadAdsLab cannot guarantee platform approval, impressions, clicks, conversions, lead volume, CPA, ROAS or revenue.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties should protect non-public business information, campaign data, strategies, account access and proprietary materials disclosed during a service engagement.
11. Third-Party Tools
The website and services may use or recommend third-party tools, advertising platforms, analytics, CRMs, call tracking systems or landing-page software. Those tools are governed by their own terms and policies.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and services are provided as available and without warranties except where required by law. Advertising results depend on market demand, competition, budget, offer, tracking quality, follow-up and other factors outside one agency’s control.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadAdsLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, data loss or platform decisions arising from website or service use.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any accepted proposal, invoice, order form or service agreement, form the agreement between you and LeadAdsLab regarding website use and services.
